Armin, który jest obecnie jednym z najbardziej zapracowanych producentów na świecie wciąż świętuje. Niedawno odebrał kolejne wyróżnienia na International Dance Music Awards i świętował 400 epizod swojego radiowego show “A State Of Trance”.
W lutym do sklepów trafiła dwupłytowa wersja Remixed albumu “Imagine” a już w czerwcu Armin zaprezentuje nam swoje kolejne dzieło. “A State Of Trance 2009″ jak zwykle ukaże się na dwóch krążkach, podzielonych na klimatyczne “On The Beach” i energetyczne “In The Club”. Wśród 29 utworów zamieszczonych na tym wydawnictwie większość stanowią absolutne premiery. Jedną z ciekawostek na pewno jest reaktywacja projektu Gaia i utwór “Tuvan”, który Armin wyprodukował wraz ze słynnym Benno De Goeij.

Wraz z powstaniem Armady, Armin van Buuren postanowił stworzyć równolegly label, który wydawał by największe trancowe produkcje grane podczas audycji ASOT’a. Tak właśnie powstał sublabel o nazwie A State of Trance. Niedawno jego nakładem można słuchać najnowszej, a zarazem czwartej odsłony wydawnictwa A State of Trance Collected Extended. Ten dwupłytowy album zawiera 20 utworów młodego pokolenia trance’owch artystów.
